If it does, there is a 100% possibility that it is a scam.

International calls are extremely unlikely nowadays. I unfortunately fell victim to such a scam a few months back and received a Vodafone phone bill which charged me nearly £40 for just a 3-second call!!!

They do this in hopes of tricking you into making an expensive international call. This particular phone number appears to originate from Bangladesh. When you make the call, your telephone company may charge you for the international call. Additionally, the phone number in that country could be a Premium Rate number, resulting in double charges. I am receiving a call from this number, but I initially believed it might be an urgent call.

I have been repeatedly receiving calls from a series of numbers. Every time I block one, they call again with a different number, only varying the last digit. I have no clue who it could be, as the phone only rings once before hanging up before I can answer.
