If the call doesn’t start with you country code (like the UK +44), i'd just ignore it and block, unless youre waiting for a call from someone abroad.

Does anyone here have an Outlook (old Hotmail email) account? +88216901320 just rang me a few mins ago and also called twice yesterday afternoon. I didn’t pick up or return the call. What’s odd is, I do have a Hotmail/Outlook email that I haven’t logged into for over 6 months. Yesterday I logged in to check a few messages and there was nothing in Spam. Then I get this call and another one from a +20 number. Feels like these calls are connected. They must be selling our info or something weird is happening.

Since 03.05.2018, this number and 00882 16 2277 6387 have been ringing me up twice daily, usually between 07:35-08:35 and again from 21:05-21:35. At first, the calls showed as private, but yesterday the actual number popped up. I never pick up and they always hang up in like 3 seconds. I’ve blocked the +882 16 range now, hope that stops it!

Loads of calls from numbers like these popping up constantly. I block one, then another rings straight away. I accidentally returned a call once and got charged £1.67 for just a few seconds. Total scam, definitely avoid calling back!!!

They rang me yesterday. I tried calling back but there was no answer, just silence. Then today I got another missed call from a number that looked pretty much the same. Had a look at my Vodafone bill - £5.54 charged for calling back this number. Total scam, honestly. Vodafone says they can’t block these numbers cause they keep switching them up. So frustrating!

Seems like one of those dodgy scams where they want you to ring back so they can rip you off with huge fees (thats my guess anyway). Beware, if you ring this number back you’ll get hit with crazy charges, like nearly £50 a minute on your phone bill. This code isn’t tied to any actual country - what they do is let your phone ring just once then cut the call, hoping you’ll call again. Seriously, don’t return the call!
