This number has been ringing me loads of times, asking for my young lad and claiming to be some kind of Federal Government Student dept. Whenever I say it’s not him and ask who’s calling, they just hang up. I’ve tried phoning them back a few times, but they always cut me off before I can say much. Eventually, I lost it and shouted at one of them, telling him to stop hanging up and to take me off their list. The bloke, with a strong accent, asked if I even knew who I was calling, saying they were the FBI and that this was a hotline for reports. Then he went on saying they were investigating my area and asked for my personal details - which I refused to give. I told him off, saying there’s no way they’re the FBI when I could hear loads of telemarketers in the background behind him. I demanded they stop calling and hung up. If they really were the FBI, there’s no way they’d admit it or say they were doing an investigation like that. Honestly, it’s just sketchy. Smh.

Got a call from a number that showed up as Federal something, and the guy on the line called out the name Robert Williams, which is me. When I rang back after he’d ended the call, I told him it must have been a wrong number 'cause I wasn’t expecting anything. Then I just ended the call straight away.
