Keir- Hartland & Associates are total con artists. (8455346001) They attempted to charge me a massive £5040 for something called vendors bond insurance. They’re really slick, acting all polite and their paperwork looks super legit. Luckily, your site helped my lad stop his elderly dad, who’s 87, from getting ripped off. They use women to do the dodgy calls and seem to prey on defenceless older people. No name, Wales UK.

0012037174088 called me earlier claiming I own shares in Scottish Power. They sent over some paperwork from Keir-Hartland & Associates, asking me to sign and send back since there’s supposedly someone interested in buying shares that I don’t actually own. Bit fishy if you ask me!

I got a call from this firm out of the blue, and soon after they posted me a form about BT Shares. They’re mentioning some kind of takeover offer for BT on behalf of their client. Just a heads up to be cautious with these sorts of calls.

I got a random call from someone pretending to be from this company:

They claimed they represented a firm interested in buying ITV shares at way above their market price, like 10 to 20 times more.
Afterwards, they sent me an email to sign a “standard Non-Disclosure Agreement”. I found it suspicious and reported them to the UK’s National Cyber Security Centre and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

No idea who Keir Hartland Assoc is, but these folks are looking to buy some shares that aren’t even active anymore. They want the seller to stump up cash to guarantee the deal actually happens… sounds pretty dodgy to me. I’d watch out, might be a scam.
