Keir-Hartland & Associates are absolutely dodgy. (8455346001) They attempted to fleece me for a whopping £5040 for some nonsense vendor bond insurance. They truly excel at being patient, and their paperwork looks surprisingly legit. Cheers to this site for helping my son protect his 87-year-old granddad from falling into their trap. I received a call earlier today from this number, claiming that I possess shares in Scottish Power. They sent over a document from Keir-Hartland & Associates, urging me to fill it out and send it back, as there’s someone interested in purchasing shares that I simply don’t own. Quite a peculiar situation, to say the least!

I recently received an unexpected phone call from a so-called ‘Administration Department’ of some place called Keir-Hartland & Associates, Inc., based at 590 Madison Avenue, New York. They claimed they were interested in purchasing ITV shares at an astronomical price, supposedly 10 to 20 times their actual market value. Following that peculiar conversation, I was sent an email asking me to sign a “standard Non-Disclosure Agreement.” Instead of complying, I reported the incident to the UK’s National Cyber Security Centre and the Financial Conduct Authority, as I suspected these individuals were up to no good. Beware, these lot are clearly running a scam. If you happen to hear from them, I highly recommend you report it promptly via the following link: https://www.ncsc.gov.uk/collection/phishing-scams/spot-scams. It's straightforward and could help others avoid falling into their trap!

This isn’t Keir Hartland Associates. It appears they’re attempting to acquire worthless shares. They’re requesting that the seller provides funds as a guarantee to ensure the transaction proceeds. I have a strong suspicion this might be a scam, so I urge everyone to be cautious.
