I’ve received an invoice for an advert that I never requested, and I won’t be settling that bill.

I recently received a call from a group claiming to be Reflect Print, and I must say, their professionalism is utterly lacking. It’s as if they don't have a proper grasp of spelling or standard business etiquette. To make matters worse, their invoicing looks like an amateur effort on flimsy letterhead! They even butchered the company name whilst attempting to pitch an advertisement-how does that happen? It’s rather baffling!
