On the 23rd of October, my landline got a call from someone named Crystal Green, though she was calling from a private number. She mentioned she’d been trying to get in touch with me to sign some paperwork. She advised me to ring the claimant at 844-891-8228 if I had any questions. I’m clueless about what this is all about, so on the 26th I phoned that number, only to hear a voicemail saying it was an arbitration service. I gave it another go today but couldn’t get through to anyone live. It’s got Scam written all over it, so I’m planning to alert the Attorney General about this.
