I just got a call from that number and when I picked up, there was a recorded voice saying to keep holding. I waited around three minutes but then the call dropped. Does anyone know who this might be?

This number keeps ringing me non-stop, insisting I owe about $280 for a Bell bill, including modem fees. I've already posted the modem back to Bell and kept the receipt as proof. Because their service was so bad, I refused to pay the bill that I’d supposedly settled with them. I haven’t received any letters or emails from Bell about unpaid charges, but these callers say they’re from a debt collector and keep pestering me.
