I keep receiving incessant calls from this number, insisting that I owe Bell nearly £280, supposedly for a modem and outstanding bills. However, I've already returned the modem and have the receipt to prove it. Given their shoddy customer service, I decided not to pay the amount that I’ve already discussed and resolved with Bell. Curiously, I'm not receiving any emails from Bell regarding any dues, yet this so-called debt collector continues to hound me. It’s quite frustrating!
