They're total scammers, be careful!

We tried sorting out a laptop repair and the bloke gave us a price, but when we said no, he locked the laptop with a passcode and then just ended the call. Now we can't get into it at all. Tried reaching out to management about the guy, who goes by James Andrews, but no one’s answering. I’m pretty sure that’s not his actual name anyway.
