They're definitely a bunch of con artists!

I was quoted a price to repair our laptop, but when I declined to pay that amount, the technician decided to slap a passcode on it before abruptly terminating the call. Now, I find myself completely locked out of the device. To make matters worse, management is dodging my calls regarding this technician, James Andrews - a name I doubt he’s actually using. What a nuisance!
