I received a call from 614-379-8410, but I chose not to take it. The voicemail was left by someone named Thomas claiming to be from the "rates department." He mentioned that there’s supposedly a better rate available for my electricity bill and encouraged me to ring him back at 844-773-1402. The message lasted 23 seconds and came through at 9:39 in the morning. Definitely sounds like a scam to me.

Received a call regarding a reduction on my electricity costs. They left a message, but it turns out the number isn’t even from my area! It’s clearly a scam.

I recently had a rather dodgy call from a chap named Thomas, claiming it was regarding my electricity bill. He urged me to ring him back at a certain number, but the call itself originated from a totally different line altogether! To top it off, I’m not even the one listed on the electricity account! Clearly, this is a scam. I’d advise against returning any calls.

I received a call from someone claiming to be Thomas, who insisted he could help reduce my electricity costs. He actually asked me to ring back armed with my utility bill so he could present a better rate. Seems like nothing more than a dodgy scheme to me!
