On the 17th of November, 2015, I received a rather alarming call from this number. The exact message was something along the lines of: "A lawsuit has been lodged against you by the CRA, and an arrest warrant has been issued. For further details regarding this case, please ring us immediately at 844-765-3872." Let me be clear, nobody should ever phone this number - it’s nothing but a blatant scam. I've seen numerous complaints linked to it, both about the CRA and the IRS.
