Some bloke rang me out of the blue saying he's dropping by my place tomorrow and wants me to have two forms of ID ready.

I keep getting calls at my workplace from these fools making threats. It's getting totally out of control. Does anyone know how I can make it stop? They’re obviously running some kind of scam. Seems like there should be a way to make them responsible for harassing people like this.

Got a call today from 844-781-2070, and the bloke on the other end said his name was Robert Elliott. He gave me some details and told me to ring back on 844-715-7284. Sounds like a debt collection scheme to me. These calls aren’t new - I’ve had a few before - but no one’s ever turned up at my house or workplace. I even reached out to my local police, and they confirmed they haven’t scheduled any visits for me. The police said if it’s a legit process server, they’d have local numbers you can ring for proper ID and info. But if the number’s from out of town, it’s probably a scam.
