Turns out, it's merely a debt collector trying to intimidate me. They go by the name One Legal, though I’m doubtful about their legitimacy or any official ties they might have. In essence, it’s nothing more than a fearmongering tactic-there's absolutely no legal issue on my end.

I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with BD and Associates. Apparently, they specialise in acquiring old debts, but what they really excel at is relentless pestering. They even have the audacity to ring up my workplace! They leave behind references to case numbers, clearly attempting to cause a bit of humiliation. It’s high time someone informed them that their tactics are downright unlawful.
