Early one weekday, I got a call from someone saying they were from "physician network." She told me my health plan had been upgraded with extra coverage and that my employer hired them to keep us staff updated. But the weird part was, all she had was my name and mobile number, and she wanted me to do a quick survey. I ended the call straight away... felt a bit dodgy, if you ask me. The number she rang me from was 818 574 0964, and she gave me 844 563 3224 to call back if I had questions. Tried ringing both a few times but just got busy signals every time. Very fishy.
