My elderly friend received multiple calls throughout the week from this dubious lot. It seems they managed to take control of her computer and even her Wi-Fi! To add insult to injury, they accessed her bank account, shifting her savings into her checking, and then attempted to withdraw a staggering £10,400.00. I wasted no time in contacting her bank as soon as I caught wind of what was happening. Thankfully, they were quick to freeze her account along with all linked accounts. It’s absolutely disgraceful how these scoundrels target the vulnerable. "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH - LEAVE OUR SENIORS ALONE!"
