Today I got a call from this number asking for payment upfront for a Google Maps listing. When I rang back, a recorded message claimed it was Google Maps. This bloke, David Hughes, assured me they’d sort out a refund and send the money back, even covering what I’d already paid to Link Promotions and BF Designs for a kinda similar deal. Honestly, I’m pretty doubtful about these folks. If this really was Google Maps, why doesn’t it show up on Google’s official site? Seems dodgy to me.
