A young woman claimed to represent Blue Cross Blue Shield, yet the caller ID displayed a generic Toll Free number, which made me suspicious. She probed me with various personal queries, many of which I thought they would have on file already. To top it off, she dangled the lure of a £25 gift card for Wal-Mart as an incentive to participate in the survey. I decided to terminate the call when it became evident that this was dodgy behaviour.
