I just had a rather peculiar phone conversation with a bloke named Philippe Patenaude from that number. He claimed to be affiliated with SSQ and was rambling on about something to do with FTQ. However, when I expressed my disinterest and told him I wasn’t keen on hearing any more of his nonsense, he abruptly hung up on me, saying I had offended him. Quite the dramatic exit, I must say!

Ma femme a eu une réponse et on lui a demandé de me passer le téléphone. Malheureusement, je n'étais pas là à ce moment-là, alors elle a interrogé l’appelante sur ses intentions. Cette femme s'est présentée comme une agente de notre assurance auto et habitation. Mon épouse, trouvant cela suspect, a décidé de mettre fin à la conversation. L’échange n’a pas duré plus de deux minutes.

I keep receiving an endless barrage of phone calls that just won't quit! They claim to be confirming my eligibility for something in the United States, whatever that means???? I’m located in Quebec City, with the area code 418, G1C 7K5. Can anyone suggest how I can put an end to this nuisance? It feels like a downright scam!
