I’ve had this number ring me loads, each time leaving a voicemail saying there’s a warrant out for my arrest over some tax fraud and that I need to get in touch to sort it out. Total scam, obviously. I’ve already blocked it and I’m sticking with that.

BE CAREFUL, DO NOT SHARE ANY DETAILS LIKE YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. I REQUESTED A WRITTEN LETTER, BUT THEY SAID IT WASN'T THEIR POLICY. THIS SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM TO ME, SO WATCH OUT!

Got a call saying the IRS filed a case against me and there's an arrest warrant for my name. They told me to call back quickly on 844-320-8059 to avoid legal trouble. I’m pretty sure it’s a scam because I don’t owe any money to the IRS, and from what I’ve heard, the IRS never phones people anyway. Definitely something dodgy going on here.

I’ve never given the IRS my home phone, but somebody called saying I owed nearly £5000 and there’s an arrest warrant out for me. I’m up to date with my taxes and don’t owe a penny. The IRS doesn’t even have this number on file. Please watch out, folks. Never hand over your debit or credit card details to callers like this. It’s a total scam just trying to frighten you.
