Just how on earth would he know about any issues I might be having with my computer? He mentioned he had "fixed" it before-absolutely not! I quickly told him it wasn't a suitable moment and requested that he ring back later. I’ve now added him to my blocked list! Fingers crossed I won't hear from them again. Talk about infuriating! I sincerely hope no one falls for these shady tactics!
