I keep getting calls from a guy with an Indian accent claiming someone’s hacked into my Yahoo account, and even though I keep changing the password, they’re apparently still able to get in. He asks me to log in on my computer and let him take control so he can "fix" it. I’ve told them no loads of times but they still ring me up like 5 times daily. What else can I try to stop this?

Got a call from a guy with an Indian accent claiming he was from Yahoo Support. He said there was some strange activity on my Yahoo account and needed to get in to sort it out, or else he'd shut the account down. I asked him to email me through Yahoo to prove who he was. Never got any message from him since.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from Microsoft saying my email had unusual activity. When I asked where they were based, they got really defensive and insisted they were a level 3 Microsoft tech. That’s when I ended the call. They tried ringing me back later but I just didn’t pick up. Sounds like one of those scams trying to get into your computer or steal personal info.
