Tried to update my GPS maps online and suddenly a chat window appeared on what looked like the Garmin site asking for my details and said someone would call me shortly. The person who rang was definitely NOT Garmin but acted like they could assist. I foolishly let him access my Mac, which was a stupid move, and he claimed to find viruses and junk. He then offered to "fix" everything but wanted money for it. Just so you know, I run a Mac, not Windows. Got this phone number from him... looks like others have had the same kind of calls with that number.
