When I asked what they needed it for, their tone turned completely unprofessional; I was met with an avalanche of obscene language and thinly veiled threats about legal action against my company. It's alarming to think that such behaviour can come from a firm based in Baltimore while I'm just trying to conduct my operations here in Arizona.
