What a dreadful scam! They claim to be able to fix your computer, yet they only make things worse. I fell for this trap a few years back, and it set me back a hundred quid. At the conclusion of last year’s call, the bloke had the audacity to say, “Here’s a word for you: F- you,” before cutting the line. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour!
