Watch out, this is definitely a con. They convince you to fix your computer but end up messing it worse. I got caught up in it about three years back and lost a hundred quid. Last time he rang, at the end he screamed one word at me, "F*** you", then just slammed the phone down. What a bloke, really shameful.
