(843) 882-6292 Really strange situation here. We run a rescue dog organisation, and this number keeps ringing us up. They tell us to "text (843) 882-6292" and if you do, they reply saying they are sending a Google verification code to confirm you're not a scammer. Honestly, not sure what they get out of it if you send the code back. The calls always come through our business line, and each time it’s about a different dog listed on our site. The caller claims to be a different person every time, yet it's always this same number on the other end. They act like they want to adopt one of our rescue dogs. Very odd behaviour.

They tried to get us to give them a 6 digit google verification code to "confirm" that we’re a legit service dog training program. They said after that they’d ring us up to talk about the info they need.

That’s not how we do things at all, and we ain’t about to start now.
