I just got a message that says something like this: 18432770232 Depositing new message. They claim to be from the process division and want to confirm my business address and contact details. They’re threatening to take legal action and say I’m losing the chance to settle things out of court. Apparently, they’ll get in touch with my HR department to follow “protocol” and serve me personally. They say the client wants to sort this out if I respond today. Then they tell me to press one to talk to someone or call 775-461-2523. They also mention a case number I should have ready: 14699825012 if I want to hear the whole message. Feels like one of those dodgy scam calls to me!

I've been getting endless calls about some bogus extended warranty for my 16 year old car. Every time I tell them to stop, they just ring me back, but from a different phone number. It's so frustrating!
