They ring me loads throughout the day, sometimes as late as nearly 9pm. Every time I pick up, it just goes silent - no one there. Not sure if it’s some automated system triggering calls before reps catch up, or if they’re testing to see who might call back. Either way, it’s a massive nuisance having to deal with dead air when I answer.
