I encountered the same "your computer is locked" notification that everyone's been talking about. The phone number rang a bell from a prior scam, yet I decided to engage with the "caller from India" nonetheless. He prattled on about how he could secure my computer, yawn. I managed to keep this fool on the line for an entire hour, all the while he was pestering me with offers of assistance, quite amusing! In the end, I had a laugh and at least it diverted him, potentially sparing someone else from enduring his nonsense.

I often encounter a particular site that keeps displaying a “BLUE SCREEN WARNING.” The message claims that my personal profiles and banking details are under threat from a hacker. It insists that my computer is locked and warns me not to switch it off. Each time I’ve called the numbers provided, they’ve been different. However, whenever I restart my computer, everything is perfectly normal, just as I left it. Please, steer clear of providing them with any of your details! It’s absolutely a scam!

I've just encountered yet another infuriating popup blaring the same old nonsense about my computer being "locked" and instructing me to dial 800-901-6142. Funny enough, I was fully prepared to deal with them! Haha! After I unleashed a barrage of my unapologetically unfiltered remarks, I reckon they quickly realised that I wasn’t going to take their dodgy tactics seriously! Be wary of any popups that aren't directly endorsed by Microsoft or your antivirus software... that is, if you've got one, of course!

I've been plagued by a dodgy virus invading my computer over the last few days. It's persistently insisting that my Windows 7 isn't correctly licensed, which is utter nonsense! It claims that I'll lose all my files unless I ring that support number without delay. What a load of rubbish!
