Same here! The way they speak English is so bad, it's clear they're just scam artists. Every time I say I own 6 Apple Macs, they hang up straight away - it's hilarious! I honestly can't figure out why they bother calling again and again, they're proper daft for persisting like that.

Some people called from a place claiming to be Global IT, saying my computer had issues. They wanted me to press the control, windows, and R keys on my laptop. I just kept them talking, asking for their contact number, and they hung up on me. When I checked with 1471, their number showed as 0018008008100. Watch out and don’t get tricked by this con!

This morning, I got a call from this number saying there was an issue with my Windows PC. When I asked for a contact number, they just ended the call.

Got a call yesterday from someone saying they were Microsoft. They told me my computer was infected with viruses and they could fix it if I paid them. Total scam!!! Absolutely dodgy!
