Got a call from 800-642-7677 on 11 April 2017 around 2:07 in the afternoon. The caller ID just said TOLL FREE CALL. Definitely felt like one of those dodgy scams, maybe some overseas crew using a VoIP setup or messing around with dead phone numbers to trick people. They seemed to be fishing for personal info, maybe trying to pull a medical alert scam or something like that. Very suspicious and sketchy, for sure.
