I received a rather annoying call where the person on the line was firing off questions about a purchase that I can’t, for the life of me, recall-definitely a hefty sum, mind you. As I was in the throes of slumber, I simply replied with a 'no' and ended the call. However, to my dismay, they proceeded to ring me another ten times within just thirty minutes! I thought I'd put a stop to the incessant ringing by pressing that side button on my mobile, yet they persisted, even ringing me from a different number: 8004163925. I'm utterly baffled as to who these callers might be!

Had a chap ring me claiming he was from Wells Fargo, but I’d already been in touch with them before. Something doesn’t sit right with me... suspect behaviour, if you ask me!

I recently got a call and an email from someone claiming to be from Wells Fargo, stating that my card had been declined during a transaction. They even had the audacity to ask if I wanted to activate it right away! Needless to say, I rushed to the nearest Wells Fargo branch and ended up changing all my account details because of this whole debacle. It infuriates me how some people think they can exploit others. Seriously, why not just earn an honest living instead? Such deceitful behaviour usually lands them in hot water, whether that's behind bars or facing other consequences.

I received a dubious phone call the other day, purporting to be from Wells Fargo. The caller inquired whether I used Samsung Pay, to which I responded negatively. They then proceeded to inform me about some supposed fraudulent transactions linked to my account. When I suggested cancelling the charges and blocking my card, they claimed that was beyond their capability. Instead, they promised to send me a verification text and insisted that I relay the number back to them to initiate a reversal. At first, I found it a bit odd, yet I obliged. Thankfully, I paid close attention to the message that arrived; it turned out to be the two-factor ID code meant for authorising Samsung Pay on my card. Had I disclosed that code, those scammers could have bypassed the two-factor authentication and misused my card on their Samsung Pay account.

I had a chap on the phone claiming to represent Capital One. He was fishing for all sorts of details about my credit cards, saying they could help me reduce my interest rates. It felt rather suspicious, to be honest.

I received a rather dubious text message concerning two transactions linked to my credit card through Amazon Prime. Naturally, I got in touch with them to check my account, only to find no recent activity whatsoever. Amazon informed me that it was a classic phishing attempt-most likely my email or credit card details had been compromised. Just a heads up to everyone to be vigilant about these unscrupulous scammers lurking about!

I've been receiving persistent calls from a representative of Wells Fargo attempting to peddle their various financial services. It’s rather tiresome!
