I honestly can’t remember what I said the first time they rang. The second call came from 5104835791, and they warned me they’d be turning my service off within 35 to 45 minutes. That same number then gave me another number to sort it out. I ended up on hold for nearly an hour - 55 minutes to be exact. Fingers crossed I didn’t mess things up.
