Unfazed, she ended the conversation and got in touch with her bank, who assured her that it was categorically a scam. If you suspect you've fallen victim to such fraud, do not hesitate to contact your bank without delay or even reported to your local authorities or use online platforms for reporting internet and phone scams. It’s vital to remember that you should never divulge any personal information that scammers might seek; notably, they won’t request your PIN during a legitimate bank chat.
