I got a call from this number today, and the person on the other end was asking for my partner who’s passed away. They wouldn’t say where they were or what the call was about, but bizarrely they kept using my partner’s brother’s name instead. Very strange and unsettling.

Properly rude! They just cut me off when I was trying to leave a message. I was polite right up until that point, but they just hung up on me. And of course, when you try to complain, nobody seems to care.
