I got a call saying my card had been declined and they told me to ring the number up top... I had no clue who it was, and when they started asking for all my card details, it didn’t sit right with me, so I refused. It’s so easy to get scammed these days. Honestly, if the person on the other end had taken a moment to say “thank you, Mr…” after I read out the full card number, I would've felt a bit more at ease. But they didn’t, so I just hung up. This kind of thing makes staying safe online even trickier.

I was trying to order some things from Currys, but they ended up sending me this phone number instead. MBNA doesn't show it as being connected to a call centre or anything like that...

Got a message saying I needed to get in touch with MBNA credit card fraud team after trying to pay online. I rang the number they gave but ended up stuck on hold for more than 50 minutes. Honestly, their customer service needs a lot of improvement.
