5 yearsI got a call earlier today from this number claiming to be from BT, saying there was an issue with my internet. I asked if it was a scam and the man assured me it wasn't, saying he was here to fix my internet. I’ve been having some internet problems so I thought it might be legit. When he asked if I had a tablet or phone, I said yes, but when he then asked if my phone was a certain model, I told him I didn’t really understand as I’m just a pensioner. Then he suddenly hung up; I could hear a lot of background noise like a call centre. Also, I’ve had a couple of calls I didn’t pick up from a New York number +1 929-307-0755.
