8 yearsMy partner got a voicemail from this number saying his AT&T service was suspended and to press 1 to confirm. Rather than pressing anything, I rang AT&T straight away to report it. The woman who picked up sounded really uninterested, like it wasn’t a big deal. Then she claimed the bill was overdue, but I corrected her, telling her it had been paid. After that, she backtracked and admitted payments were made and the account was fine, definitely not suspended. I told her I already knew that since his phone is linked to mine, and mine was working perfectly!AT & T8 yearsI ignored the incoming call, but they left a robotic message saying my account was locked and to press 1 to fix it. I rang back the number and was met with a message asking if anyone in my home was over 50, with a prompt to press 1 if yes.
