For the past few months, I've noticed charges on my bill adding up to about £110, and Vodafone hasn't been any help at all, which is just ridiculous :/ Has anyone else faced this? What’s the best way to go about getting a refund or sorting this out?

This number has been taking £3.75 from me every weekend. When I try to text 'stop', it warns there'll be a charge for that too. Right now, I'm in the process of contacting my phone company to see if they can block it and maybe get some money back, as I've had about £50 deducted over the past few months!

Hey, I had the same issue and ended up texting "stop" to that number. They sent me another number back, which was 02035981581. I rang them up, told them what was going on and that I never signed up for this service. I even asked for a refund, and after about five working days, I got £40.50 back. I made sure to ask them to remove my number completely, warning them I'd report it to the fraud police if they didn’t. So far, no more money has been taken and everything seems sorted. Definitely worth giving it a go - this info is legit.

So, the number 78450 belongs to some company named Global Awareness. From what I gathered, they deal with mobile games and ringtones. Seems like they trick you by redirecting you from other sites. Hopefully this info helps someone out!

They wanted £3.75 every couple of weeks but I got nada in return. Someone mentioned not to reply with 'stop' cause it might lead to some random fees. Bit dodgy if you ask me.

i got hit with a £15 charge and then another £13, all for a service i never agreed to. tried sorting it with my mobile company but they were no help at all. now my only option seems to be switching to a new phone number. what a nightmare!

I've just noticed it too! Discovered a charge of £3.75 on our statement that's popping up every Friday. What on earth is going on?

Ugh, this number has ended up costing me £15 just for three stupid text messages! I'm so annoyed. I kept sending 'stop' to the number like it said, but the messages just keep coming. Right now, I’m trying to get my mobile provider to put an end to these texts and block the sender. Be careful with this one!
