My elderly uncle's bank account has had money withdrawn without his permission, at least twice in the last couple of months as far as I can tell. And just like here, trying to reach someone on the phone is impossible - no luck getting through at all!

Every time I ring this firm the line is tied up, and they’re pulling money from my account without me agreeing to it. Does anyone know how I can actually get through and talk to somebody there?

They’ve gone and taken money from my account again, it’s the second time now. I already flagged them on scam alert and got in touch with the people there. They told me to switch up my account number to stop it happening again.
