I don’t know why they keep saying the call is recorded before they even start talking. In Florida, it’s against the law to record a phone call without both sides agreeing. They always ask for someone who’s got no connection to my number. It’s been nonstop harassment, and I’ve reported them to the Attorney General's office. Maybe if enough people reported this number, they’d finally get penalised and quit. They promised months ago they wouldn’t ring me again, but they still do. They won’t tell me who they even are. I’ve blocked the number, but somehow the calls keep coming through. This is my personal phone and it’s on the do-not-call registry too. Honestly, I’m beyond frustrated now.

I kept getting calls from the same number over and over, but whenever I answered, there was no reply and no voicemail left either.

They said they were from a debt collection agency, but kept asking us to identify ourselves instead of telling us who they were after. Definitely sounds like a scam to me.
