A woman rang me claiming to be from West Penn, mentioning my electric bill and even gave me some access code. Thing is, the account for our power is actually tied to my wife’s phone number.

Today I received a call from someone saying she was Mrs. O'Brian, telling me there's an issue with a false report I've supposedly filed and that I have some charges.
