I recently received a call from this number as well. They claimed they were going to send me a cheque and have a courier collect certain items once I'd cashed it. I suggested they send a money order instead, but I haven't heard back from them... definitely sounds dodgy!

I received a message from this number regarding an ad I had up on Craigslist for York, PA. They attempted to send me a cheque and arranged for someone to collect it. The language used had a distinct non-native quality, hinting that the individual might be of Asian background, given the awkward phrasing and grammatical missteps.
