Heads up about Craigslist!!! I hired Michael Kearns for some hardwood floor work, paid a deposit upfront, and then he just vanished without doing the job. Total scammer, can't trust him with your cash. From what I found out, he’s got a dodgy past with records for stuff like petty theft and burglary. He keeps putting ads up on Craigslist. Seriously, steer clear! He goes by Mike's Hardwood Installation & Refinishing based in Fullerton, CA. Contact number is 714-333-8667, and sometimes he uses the name Off The Wall Floors for his business. Don't get caught out by him!

Turns out, he’s scammed loads of people this way. Honestly, you can’t trust him with your cash. He frequently puts up ads on Craigslist too. He goes by Michael Kearns, though sometimes you might see him called Michael Kerns or even Michael Chavez. The number he uses is 714-333-8667. Avoid him if you can!
