Got a call off this number, some woman said she was from Microsoft Team in Manchester. She then passed me over to a bloke who said he was her manager. They kept going on about reporting me to BT and shutting down my tablet, phone and computer. When I started asking them tech-related questions, they didn’t seem too happy and got a bit aggressive on the call.

Some bloke rang up claiming he was with BT, saying there was an issue with our router and it’d be turned off for 2 months unless we sorted it out. I asked him for some proof about who he was, but he couldn’t back it up, so we just hung up. He kept ringing back right after, two more times, which was pretty annoying.
