I just got a call from this number, asserting that they were from the Microsoft Team located in Manchester. Initially, I chatted with a woman, who then passed me on to her male superior. They threatened to reach out to BT and have my tablet, phone, and laptop switched off! When I started asking them some technical queries, they became rather evasive and quite aggressive in their approach. Quite the unsettling experience, I must say!

I received a call from a chap claiming to be from BT, insisting they'd found issues with our router. He went on about how it would be disconnected for a couple of months if we didn’t comply with their instructions. When I asked him to verify his identity, he was unable to do so, which made me quite suspicious. We decided to terminate the conversation, but would you believe it, he rang back not once, but twice in quick succession. Quite the nuisance, I must say!
