Got a call sayin it was about some tax fraud and told me to ring them back quick or else it would get sent to the federal claims office and I'd get arrested - said I better call them asap.

I rang the number back and mentioned my business name, but they just ignored it. The guy said he was Dave Parker from the Federal Claims Office, but it all felt dodgy. You could hear loads of people chatting in the background like some scam call centre. Totally seemed like a fraud to me.

I rang the number back and told them the business name but they didn’t say anything in reply. The guy on the phone said his name was Dave Parker and he claimed to be from some federal claims office. It all sounded fishy, like a dodgy call centre with loads of people chatting in the background. Definitely feels like a scam to me.

Got a call from someone with a strong Indian accent saying I had unpaid taxes. They gave me some badge number but when I asked to check it, they got all aggressive. Tried to frighten me by saying there was an arrest warrant against me. Told me hanging up would count as non-compliance and I'd end up being arrested for tax evasion. It was pretty stressful, they were shouting when I tried to clarify stuff. Can't believe I bought into it for such a while, really rattled me.

I got a call from 706 223_3830 too, warning me about arrest or something like that. When I tried ringing back, it just went to an automated voice saying their mailbox was full. Quite fishy if you ask me.

Some bloke called me claiming to be from the treasury department, saying they had a warrant out for me. They were really rude, telling me they’d see me at court and give me a right slap to make me cry. Proper strange encounter!
