Tried ringing them back but heard this "call can't be completed as dialled" thing. Strange!

I tried ringing them back but got a message sayin’ "Unable to complete your call right now. Please try later!" in a voice operator’s tone, then some message in Spanish came up after that. The operator said somethin’ like "Message 6, US 01 LV" then the line went dead.
