He’s called at least ten times, always insisting on speaking with female staff. The moment a man answers, he promptly hangs up or, at best, inquires about opening times before cutting the call short. His demeanor suggests he might be under the influence; he rambles on about our bedding and sofas, questioning their bounce and softness. It’s quite peculiar how he’s fixated on the firmness of the mattresses. His inquiries seem to have a rather dubious undertone, hinting at something more unsettling.
