If you want to try stopping their so-called "service" (which you never agreed to), you can dial the UK number 0203 519 2189 to input your phone number and cancel it. EE gave me that info when I asked. When I phoned Artiq BV demanding my money back, they only agreed to refund part of it via PayPal.
