Beware of a firm named Artiq BV, registered in the Netherlands - they’re pretty much scammers. If you want to try stopping their so-called "service" (which you never agreed to), you can dial the UK number 0203 519 2189 to input your phone number and cancel it. EE gave me that info when I asked. When I phoned Artiq BV demanding my money back, they only agreed to refund part of it via PayPal. Fun fact: back in 2015, Dutch courts slapped them with a 1.19 million euro penalty, operating under a false name.

If you need to reach out, they gave a contact number 0800 015 5139 and an email that looks like info at quizawin but with some characters missing. Just FYI!
