This outfit kept sending me four more texts, and every single one cost me £3 plus VAT, even though I told them to quit it. I called EE again, and they told me the dodgy company behind all this is Glam Bids. The number they’re using for the scam is 01223590555. That’s the one ringing me non-stop. The only email I found for them was cs@zamano[###]. Total nightmare!

They say I signed up for a £2.50 weekly text service but I never agreed to any of this. Even though they’re taking the money, I haven’t got a single message. I’ve asked EE to stop any more charges straight away. When I rang 01223590555, it was just some robot answering, no real person at all!

For over a month now, I've been getting hit with a £2.50 charge for a text that came through on the EE Network every week at the exact same time. The sender is 700038474, which apparently belongs to a third-party called Zamano. If you wanna stop these charges, try ringing them on 01223590555 or shoot them an email at cs@zamano[###]. The weird thing is, the only message I found was from my uncle on a PAYG phone asking to video chat, but he insists he never sent it. EE have been useless and just shrugged it off. Feels like this is a scam and EE aren't doing a thing to help.
