Got texted by 700035847, they say it costs anything from £1 to £5 for these premium messages - which I never asked for in the first place. Funny thing is, I haven't even got any texts from them in my inbox at all. Total scam if you ask me!

Today I got my Virgin bill and noticed a £3.50 charge for a premium text I have no clue about. I'm 80, and my hearing isn’t the best, so for months now I’ve been told I owe money for these premium texts. I’ve tried calling customer service and texting ‘stop all’ to a few numbers, and some of the charges seem to have stopped, although I never actually get to see the messages themselves. Despite that, I’m still being billed. The people on the helpline often have strong accents and it’s really hard for me to understand them.
