Got a call from some random number and have no clue who they are or what they want. Lost £10 this month because of them. When I called back, they just told me I’m "blocked" now. It’s absolute rubbish, just a way for them to make cash with no real service at all. Proper scam if you ask me.

If you never meant to sign up or want to stop the subscription now, just give 01206700631 a ring and follow the automated steps to cancel it.

My son got charged £1.50 for every text he sent to this number, about three times on 4th December. It’s a bit annoying. Anyone know how we can get the charges reversed or put a stop to it?

Just got in touch with Virgin and found out the number up there is for Engage Communications, Tel: 01206700631. They told me to ring them directly if I want to cancel, and also to text STOP to 60133. I haven’t done the text yet because I need to call during work hours first. Virgin also mentioned they’re going to block that number from their side. Hope this info helps someone!

Had a look at my phone bill today, normally it’s around £12, but this time it’s shot up to £30 due to a number 700035729 showing charges. Thing is, I can’t find any texts or calls from that number on my phone at all. Now I’m stuck having to ring Virgin Media’s call centre in the Philippines, which is something I’m really not looking forward to.

Had no clue who was ringin me, found out about it cause my phone bill was higher than usual.

Got hit with a premium service fee of £1.25 every time. Couldn't get through on the phone so sent an email to their customer support. Found on their site you can opt out by removing your number from their list. Done that already, but my daughter's account still got charged twice more. Gonna try texting "stop all" again and I'll let you know how it goes.
